Made cheesecake today!
With the biscuit crumb below.
it turn out..................................well ok
hahaha. haiz. there are some steps that i missed.
BUT the taste is great.
except that.
1) It is overbaked
2) The crumbs do not stick together. So, they break apart when i carry it out.
3) When refrigerated, the cake becomes a bit tough.
WELLL.. Dissapointing.
but its ok. ohwell, it was my first try.
i dont expect it to be perfect either.
hehe.
anw, the taste is great. just like the other first class cheesecake u see outside (chet!)
