Sunway Lagoon Updates - HEHE

Okay. hahaha. See la, I have been so lazy. 17 days later I'm back! As promised, I am going to post my Sunway Lagoon Pictures. So, if you have been thinking of going to this place, JUST GO. Don't listen to people who already went there and commented how boring it is. Such a kill joy. IF you have never been there, then I suggest you to just go! Pack your bags and travel! hehe Okay before I actually post pictures, my trip was okay, except that this time, our bus stops at Berjaya Times. Over there, there will be a van who will pick us up and send us over to Sunway Lagoon. Because the both of us are like 2 kampung girls who knows nuts about roaming, or how to activate roaming, we actually spent some time getting lost at Berjaya Times, trying to find the van driver. HAHA. Slenger kan. We did not buy any Malaysia Sim Card whatsoever, and guess what, the driver got no whatsapp la sey! haha. So, we were like roaming like lost souls around Berjaya Times Hotel trying to figure out ...

Sunway Lagoon 2018

I've been wanting to update on my Sunway trip. BUT I don't know why, I don't really have the mood to blog these few days. Hmm. I'll probably update in a few days time. With pictures. hehe. In  summary, it was a fun trip! Finally we managed to use the theme park tickets which we bought online 3 months ago. Thankfully, the tickets were valid for 3 months from the date we bought them. Imagine it going to waste if we can't use them anymore. Alhamdulillah, we reached there safely, even though again, we encountered some problems. HAHA. I would call that an adventure. I spent 3 days 2 Nights with Cousin Amirah. It's so fun to travel with her. Hehe. The theme parks were awesome. Did not managed to explore all the themeparks, BUT we did manage to ride on those popular water slides/rides. Best! Heheh. Ok, I'll be back with a proper update (hopefully).HAHA. Have a great week ahead!! :)

Congrats Cousin Amirah

Dec 30 2017- Ended off the year with the cousin getting engaged. Wow, how time flies. I'm already in my late 20's. OMG. Cousin Amirah is 2 years younger, so she is probably 24. Same age as my  brother. Her engagement went along smoothly. In the span of 2 years, insya allah her status will upgrade from Single to Married. OMG. haha. Time passes in a blink of an eye and it sure feels scary. I was her photographer on her special day, Cheh, macam paham. Last min, things cock up. Like really, I do not have spare SD card with me. I stupidly believe that with 8gb of card, I can probably take a lot of pictures from the DSLR. So, I was happily taking pictures here and there, (before the event even started). Then when finally the guy's side came, gave their speech etc, MINUTES before the exchanging of rings happened, my DSLR gave a message that the CARD IS FULL. Of course I was so terrified, like hello, this is the most important part of the event to be captured and my card i...

Depresssion.

Image
Let me dedicate this post, specially to talk about DEPRESSION. Before that, please enjoy this magnificent view which you can't get on GOOGLE.   Follow my lead girls. Alright so....Social media is just full of stories of people killing themselves, killing one another, regardless of whether they are related to you by blood or not. It's just sooooo disturbing you see. So, they call it depression. The rate of depression surely has increased worldwide. It's like a phenomena, and it's spreading like wildfire. Ok. I am no counselor, or someone who has the knowledge to talk about depression, but let me tell you this. Life is short. You are given life, and this is with a purpose. So what exactly is your purpose? That is where religion comes in. If you see, those people who kill themselves etc, literally find no purpose in living after facing setbacks and hardships in life. Like the quote, after the rain, comes the rainbow, likewise, after every hardship, comes ea...

Yours, Finland.

Image
Letter from Finland. Received this in my mailbox yesterday. I think it reached like few days back, but you see, my family are just not bothered to check our mailbox everyday, because it will be full with bills and stuff. Anyway, my colleague sent me this when she was at Finland. Thank You!!!! That is just sweet. heheh    & thank you for the chocolates! I just realized that I might have forgotten to take off the price tag from the souvenir that I got for this colleague of mine. I only bought souvenir for one colleague ONLY. HAHA. How stingy can I be. No la. Actually I just don't know what to buy. Buy pens, or keychains, it's kind of useless u see. People just chuck it away somewhere. Then might as well don't buy right. hahaha. Don't get me wrong yea. Our country is already polluted with rubbish. I don't want to contribute to this pollution aite. HAHAH.

YOGYAKARTA- DAY 4 / DAY 5

Image
Day 4 Started the day off with a ride of almost 3 hours to SOLO. SOLO is the name of a place.  According to google, Solo the short name for Surakarta , is a major city in Central Java , Indonesia . Together with Yogyakarta , these two cities are heirs of the Mataram kingdom that was split in 1755.    Our tour guide for SOLO.  Jangan tenung lama-lama ya. haha  Sri with Kak Deavi. BFF. haha After a tour round the place, we drove off to the Antique market, which sells basically everything that is antique.  Stopped by the Batik House along our way back to the hotel, to shop for Batiks for our loved ones. The journey back was another 3 hours. Day 4 was quite tiring, not because we walked a lot, it's the long journey in the car that makes us restless. haha. Then, we also had a massage, which felt really good, after all that walking and sitting in the car. Stoppe...

YOGYAKARTA - DAY 3

Image
Day 3. Started the day off with a trip to the Sultan's Palace and Water Castle. These 2 places were quite near to each other, maybe like 10mins drive away.  Both places serves the same purpose, which is to showcase the home/place of hangout of the Sultan(s) and his family. For more info, please google. HAHAH. Again, i am quite useless in remembering anything that is related to history. Sorreh!. Below are some of the pictures taken around Sultan's Palace.  At the entrance of Sultan Palace    This is the entertainment area. On top is the Gamelan (musical instrument)  Sri (my tour guide) with my 2 friends, Deavi & Asilah  Clock in Javanese.    What it looks like inside. I would say that Sultan Palace is a really interesting place. There's like a showcase of the belongings of the Sult...
